From Jacksonville International Airport (JAX):
Take I-95 South toward St. Augustine. Exit at FL-16 East toward St. Augustine, then follow signs for US-1 South. Take FL-312 East, cross the bridge, and continue on A1A North (Coastal Highway). The homes will be on your right (oceanfront side). Approx. 1 hour.
From Downtown St. Augustine:
Head north on A1A through Vilano Beach toward Ponte Vedra. Continue along the ocean for about 8 miles. The homes are directly on the beachfront side of A1A. Approx. 15 minutes.
From Orlando International Airport (MCO):
Take I-95 North toward St. Augustine. Exit at FL-207 East, follow signs to US-1 North, then take FL-312 East to A1A North. Continue along A1A through Vilano Beach until you reach the property. Approx. 2 hours.

Lamphier Wedding Venue
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host our son’s wedding. This Ponte Vedra Beach home was absolutely stunning and ideal for a multi-level celebration. The rooftop ceremony overlooking the ocean comfortably accommodated our 22 guests and created a truly breathtaking backdrop for such a special moment. Dinner was held on the second level in the room next to the kitchen, also with ocean views, and it was both elegant and functional for our group. The lower level worked perfectly as a dance floor and allowed the celebration to continue seamlessly throughout the evening. The third level was a wonderful space for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready, with plenty of room for hair and makeup and a calm, private atmosphere. One thing to note is that the third floor did stay warmer than the other levels. Frank was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond to help make our son’s wedding weekend everything we hoped for. We are so grateful for his hospitality and highly recommend this property for a special event or memorable getaway.

My now wife and I hosted our wedding at this incredible 3-story beachfront property, and it was nothing short of magical. The rooftop was the absolute highlight—spacious enough to comfortably host our 75 guests with panoramic ocean and marsh views that created the dreamiest backdrop for our ceremony and reception. From golden hour cocktails to dancing under the stars, every moment felt surreal. The home itself was everything you need to host an amazing event. beautifully designed, with plenty of space for our bridal party to stay, get ready, and relax. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for hosting our rehearsal dinner, and being steps from the sand made for the ultimate beach wedding vibe that we had a day after gathering with friends that didn’t quite make the wedding day list. Every guest commented on how stunning the location was. Frank the property owner was communicative, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. He checked in day of event to see if we needed anything and then took off. If you're thinking of a beach wedding or just an unforgettable group getaway—this is the place. One of my main concerns booking without seeing was the parking to accommodate a wedding and there was no issues whatsoever.
